Beach Bums

A few hours after my last post, we drove to California. It was so much fun! We had a wedding to attend Saturday evening, but earlier on in the day we loaded up the kids and took them to the beach:

A few months ago, someone asked Mathison where his favorite place to visit was. He thought for a minute before replying "The beach." We thought it was hilarious because he'd never been to the beach before! However, on this trip it soon became clear that he absolutely LOVES the beach. In fact, he got quite upset when we stopped him to take this picture: We'll have to take him back soon when it's warm so he can actually play in the waves :)

There are no pictures of us at the wedding reception; however, the following two days were spent at Disneyland and I took PLENTY of pictures there! More on that to follow soon :)
